Galler is a brand that sees itself as accessible. Chocolate is considered a product for everyone: from purists, who want to discover unexplored flavours, to foodies, who are simply looking for a moment’s pleasure.
We established a dual approach: gourmet & foodie. For these two profiles, we defined different themes:
These two approaches were rolled out on social networks as well as at the point of sale: in supermarkets, the chocolate bar remained the star of the shelves, but in Galler boutiques, we offered brand new experiences to learn to taste chocolate and enjoy all its subtleties.
On social networks, the content was designed to enable each profile to venture across to the other side, for a convivial approach focused on Galler’s two basic values: pleasure and sharing. To illustrate these two visions, we also organised product shoots, created recipes and invented pairings…
