We first of all wanted to support the dealerships by offering them the tools to meet the criteria defined by Peugeot. We then developed the related communication materials: posters, stickers, etc. and of course the trophy itself.
The purpose of the materials is twofold. Firstly, it gives customers visiting the dealership the certainty that they are receiving quality service. Secondly, it enables them to recognise the quality of the work performed by the whole point of sale team and to thank them for it.
