Buying a new car deserves time to reflect, which is why we decided to address the customers several months before the end of their loan. We contacted them by letter or email explaining that they were reaching the end of their loan and inviting them to come and test drive their future vehicle. In addition, a loyalty voucher was attached to this letter or email. If the customer did not make an appointment within a given period after the letter was sent, they would be contacted by telephone to plan an appointment with their point of sale.
